We know there are some less-than-legal methods of procuring songs that our team of lawyers have told us not to endorse. You could click on our links to iTunes and amazon.com to buy songs, or head to your local music-torium to purchase a compact disc. But come on, you're young, broke and would rather spend your money liquoring up that cute girl/guy; so here's a legal, free way to get at these tunes: PepsiPoints.
Through a new deal with amazon.com, you can now use your pepsi points to purchase a swath of goods online, including individual songs but no Harrier jets this time. amazon.com's DRM-free music is incredibly easy to download and automatically incorporates newly-downloaded songs into iTunes. For those not slaves to Apple, amazon.com includes a free music player to listen to your new hits. These are all iPod-accessible, CD-burnable, USB-transferable, etc. So far in my quests, I have yet to find a band that did not have these songs available for PepsiPoint purchase. See how easy it is?

As a huge soda consumer, I'm falling for this marketing ploy and have switched entirely from Vanilla Coke to Pepsi, solely for the music.
For the record: We are in no way sponsored by Pepsi, or anyone for that matter.

Wow, this isn't a shameless plug at all. Did Pepsi hold a gun to your head?
Whoa, wait a second--if Pepsi is paying us, why haven't I seen a cut? Quit sucking the utters on the cash cow dry without inviting us over for a sip, Scott!
